Are all sales final?

Yes. All sales are final.
Due to the limited-run nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Yes. Many Bruiser items are limited-run releases and may not be restocked once sold out.

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices on thebruiser.ca are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).


How long does it take to process an order?

Orders take up to 3 business days to process before shipping.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


How much is shipping?

  • Canada: $22.50 CAD

  • United States: $29.99 CAD

Shipping rates are flat-rate and calculated at checkout.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, or carrier delays.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship to Canada and the United States only.
International shipping may be added in the future.


Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.


What if my package is delayed or lost?

Once an order has shipped, The Bruiser is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.
Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll review the situation and determine the appropriate solution.
